Both look like ways to make Claude able to do more, but underneath they are very different. Remember the fundamental difference in one word: &lt;strong&gt;context&lt;/strong&gt;. A Skill puts instructions &lt;strong&gt;into your current conversation&lt;/strong&gt;.
